Private Practice
Whole-Person Human Development
Every client enters with a different story.
The work begins by understanding the whole person, not simply the problem that brought them here.
What We
Develop
-
MOBILTIY - the ability to move freely through life, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Together we restore adaptability, resilience, and the capacity to move forward without unnecessary restriction.
-
STABILITY - the foundation from which growth becomes sustainable. We cultivate emotional regulation, nervous system resilience, deep internal support, and the capacity to remain grounded through change.
-
BALANCE - the integration of who you have been with who you are becoming. Rather than living in extremes, the work develops alignment, self-awareness, and a steadier relationship with yourself and others.
-
FUNCTION - living in accordance with your design. Through creativity, expression, and experimentation, ideas move from inspiration into meaningful action and everyday life.
-
COORDINATION - Motherhood requires the coordination of many identities at once. We strengthen the ability to integrate body, family, work, relationships, and self without losing the person at the center of it all.
-
FOCUS - the disciplined practice of directing your attention toward what matters most. Together we reduce internal noise, clarify priorities, and build momentum through intentional action.
-
STEWARDSHIP - the daily practice of caring well for what has been entrusted to you: your body, time, relationships, resources, and responsibilities. Small, consistent actions become a way of life.
-
MEANING - connects daily experience to a larger purpose. Faith becomes not simply a belief system, but a lens through which suffering, growth, gratitude, and vocation are understood and lived.

FAQs
-
The private practice is designed for women navigating seasons of transition, reinvention, or personal growth. Many arrive after major life changes, motherhood, burnout, creative stagnation, or a growing sense that the life they've built no longer reflects who they are becoming.
The HAM Method itself is a broader philosophy of human development and will continue expanding through future educational experiences and community offerings.
-
Every experience is individualized. While no two sessions are exactly alike, the work may include reflective dialogue, movement, emotional exploration, creative practice, education, habit development, and faith-informed reflection.
The process follows the HAM Method while remaining responsive to your goals, pace, and season of life.
All specific information regarding the curriculum will be given to you prior to commitment. Some things will require you to just go with the flow.
-
At this time, the private practice is dedicated to women. While many clients are mothers, motherhood is not a requirement. Future educational resources and community offerings will be available to a broader audience.
-
Sessions may take place virtually, by phone, in-home, or in thoughtfully selected public spaces depending on the nature of the work and your location.
The practice is intentionally flexible. Some experiences involve conversation, while others incorporate movement, reflection, or creative exploration.
-
Faith is an important part of my own life and naturally influences the way I understand human development. While many conversations may include themes of purpose, gratitude, stewardship, forgiveness, and hope, participation is never dependent on sharing my beliefs.
People from different backgrounds are welcome. What matters most is a willingness to grow with honesty, curiosity, and intention.
-
No. The HAM Method is a human development practice and is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. When appropriate, the practice complements the work of licensed healthcare and mental health professionals rather than replacing it.
**please note: None of these services replace a Clinical professional. Please be sure to see a doctor and obtain a medical clearance prior to booking if you have a heart disease, kidney disease, or type 1 or 2 diabetes. In the scenario that it is evident you should see a doctor, I will refer you to one accordingly.
